Jonny co-founded Sprout after over seven years advising on private equity deals in the UK & USA with Strategy&, for well-known PE funds primarily across the technology, consumer, and sports sectors. He has extensive experience consulting on areas from market entry to growth strategy and M&A. Jonny is a consultant & advisor to family offices, covering topics including strategy & due diligence. As Co-CEO, Jonny leads on relationships with family offices and institutional LPs, as well as commercial partnerships.

Rich co-founded Sprout after 13 years in financial and professional services. Rich spent almost 12 years at PwC, largely working with fast growth VC and PE backed businesses, first in Financial Due Diligence, before founding the Raise Ventures team which supported companies raising tens of millions in funding from VC funds and family offices. He is also a board advisor and mentor to a number of fast growth businesses including savings and investments app Chip. As Co-CEO, Rich leads Sprout's relationships with VC and PE funds, co-investment opportunities, as well as leading on operations and finance.

Ellie has spent the last eight years at the heart of Europe's founder and venture ecosystems across tech and consumer industries. At Sprout, Ellie leads the product development of the Sprout Platform, oversees our client’s investor experience and drives commercial partnerships. Prior to joining Sprout, she originated the role of Head of Community at Founders Forum, overseeing growth and strategic operations of the global tech forums and community, in addition to designing and delivering joint ventures and high-value partnerships with the likes of Sequoia Capital, McKinsey & Company, Meta and Google.
